Rules & Conditions

1)   Check in time is after 3:00 p.m.; check out time is 10:00 a.m. with no exceptions!

2)   NO pets are allowed in rental units.

3)   Students or singles 25 and under, are not permitted to rent any unit without a parent or legal guardian staying in the unit for the entire stay.

4)   No feeding the seagulls from the balconies.

5)   No grills or smokers allowed on the balconies.  Grills are provided on the grounds for you. 

6)   All keys must be left in the unit upon departure. 

7)   Please report any malfunctioning equipment to the owner at 314-308-0596 as soon as possible.

8)   Fire extinguisher is located under the kitchen sink.

9)  Please be courteous to others in observing our quiet time from 10:00 p.m. until 9:00 a.m.

10) Please do not allow your children to play on or around the elevators.  It is an inconvenience to other guest and can be dangerous in case of an emergency.

11) Please observe ALL pool rules posted in pool area.  The pool is closed from 10:00 p.m. until 9:00 a.m.

12) Maximum occupancy per unit is six (6) per two bedroom, and eight (8) per three bedroom.

13) No hanging garments or towels from balcony railings.

14) Please park only in the designated unit parking space.  Additional parking is available in un-number spaces. 

15)  Our units are rated Platinum, please treat them with TLC.

16)  If you are evicted from the property, you forfeit your remaining monies paid.

Provisions Regarding Cancellations

 1)   Reservations must be cancelled or changed thirty (30) days prior to arrival date or the Advanced Payment will be forfeited.

2)   Monthly reservations must cancel ninety (90) days prior to arrival or Advanced Payment will be forfeited.

3)   Cancellation or early departure due to inclement weather does not warrant a refund.
